Filthy, not one clean table. Guests forced to eat at dirty tables. Garbage piled on counters. Filthy bathrooms, sticky floors, no toilet paper. I feel bad for the owner. Obvious lack of management. We will never return.
I highly recommend Kipps Lane Fish n Chips! I was hard pressed to find a classic fish n chip joint such as I had adored as a teen in Toronto in the mid 1970s. A true, halibut fish, hand filleted with the classic, puffed up batter and golden fries is a rare treat to still find these days especially from a family owned and operated restaurant who are so friendly and who take pride in what they serve you. Its very clean and your order is up and ready within 15 mins with a smile. Its just so YUM!

Love this place. Great atmosphere, superb food and excellent service. From a quick lunch pick up to a fabulous "last Friday of the month" dinner, I have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend this spot.
