More I shop at Massine and more I appreciate non only the conveniency and quality of the store.Staff always seem to be focussed on providing a great service. I wish I am like Goj (employee at the Deli) calm, professional and amiable. Management is generous and accessible and they really listen as if you are very important to them and they respond to any questions. I love this store. The management has improved its appearance and overall quality over the past few years, but the family-owened store has always been a favourite among locals for its convenience, prices, garden centre and deli. The only grocery store on the eastern side of the river, it holds key importance for military families' busy lives. It is a local treasure with a family atmosphere that is welcoming in a way that is becoming rare among grocery establishments.

The very angry comment that has been posted is surely an anomaly. We shop at this Loblaws frequently and find it has a great selection of goods, friendly service, and, yes, easy parking. Its one of my favourite grocery stores.

This is my favourite store in Kingston! I love so many things about your store, fresh produce, bread, fish and meat products and prepared food. I have a suggestion. In the eating area there is no place to get a glass of water. Since I see you competing with Whole Foods, this is something they have and I do miss whenever I decide to have lunch while Im shopping. Thanks for the fun shopping!

I, go here every so often. I, enjoy there updated store, It's clean, friendly, they always have good deals. I, take the buggie on wheels around because I can't walk far, I'm glad they have them, the isles are wider then they used to be to. Its one if my favs stores in Cornwall. Always so inviting. Not sure why I see bad reviews, I have been going there for 20 years, and always gotten great service. (What I do see is cranky customers who give the staff a hard time when they put in the corona rules)
This is a family run business, they even have a picture of the late father on the wall. This is heartwarming to see, as I still remember him rearranging the little cucumbers all day long.
Their food selection is very, very good, and the spices are 1/10 the price of the large competing stores!
