Childrens clothes are so easy to find in Sproutz Kids. They are on racks according to size, with enough space to shop. Its also nice to know the owner donates clothes to charities. There is also quite a lot of variety to choose from in the kids clothes section (for my grandchildren)and the staff are always ready to help.

The suit I needed wasn't available in my size the day I came in. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with. It's rare to have someone work so proactively for my benefit.

Reitman's in Shawnessy is the most amazing clothing store I have ever frequented - not only do they carry petite sizes, their products and prices are the most economical and well lasting. I would like to commend Gail and Camille for their outstanding service yesterday, June 24th, when I was ordering items that are going to be shipped directly to my home. I went to the store with an issue from a while ago and was thinking I'd get a credit for the alteration that was not done. They went above and beyond and gave me a full store credit ! On a side note the store has all new staff and they are a 10 out of 10 great management and friendly staff. Thanks very much!

The selecting criteria are a mystery though. Let me illustrate – I brought a box with about 40 pieces of kid’s clothing, 37 of which had the original price tags on, the used ones were brand names, mentioned as “favorite”. 5 made the cut. While browsing, I found way more worn out clothing on the racks. Another peculiarity all dresses size up to 36 months, I believe, must have bloomers. As I find the bloomers extremely ugly not to mention uncomfortable with the elastic running around the thighs, I never buy dresses that have them. So they turned down several dresses with Nordstrom tags on.
I think you get a fair price as opposed to just donating stuff at “Good will” (which is located very close by so you can conveniently get rid of the things that did not make the selection).
The store is organized by size and style (size 2T, size 3T, girls, boys, long pants, shorts, dresses…) and it makes it a breeze to browse.
The staff is friendly, well trained and makes the experience pleasant. I would definitely visit again.

Great and very successful shopping at this lovely boutique. I had 3 weddings and events surrounding the weddings to find outfits for and looked around much of Calgary to no avail..."standard dresses didn't fit me right...then came upon this store where I found 3 dresses I love (plus). The best part is that alterations were included and done in store by the very knowledgeable and experienced owner. I am so thrilled to have the personal touch I experienced. My new "go-to" shop!
