Let me start by saying that Venus was great! She made the entire process super easy and attended to all my concerns until I was satisfied. If anyone is looking to hear better she's the person to go to! She genuinely cares, and it is noticeable that her concern is to make her patients feel comfortable and satisfied. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend it!!!

Went for hearing test and had every detail of the process explained carefully. Cathy provided me with a wealth of information to help me determine how to proceed after viewing the results. Opted for hearing aides and Cathy took a great deal of time to explain all of the possible options. Laura, the receptionist, was a treat to work with setting up follow up appointments. The new hearing aids were throughly explained to me and Cathy made sure all of my questions were answered before I left.

This is a family owned business. The owner is the audiologist. If you need hearing aids, this is the place to be. Ben will work with you on a price thats within your budget and fit you with the perfect hearing aids. I'm so happy with mine. He told me if I had any problems to just stop by with no appointment. Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to all my friends.

I knew I have a hearing loss for sometime now and I when to Hearing Aid Central to check my hearing. The staff was very forth coming and helped me get my first pair of hearing aids. I wish I would have done it sooner! Julia and the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions.
I only needed 2 follow up appointments and their service was consistent. I would highly recommend Julia and the staff at Hearing Aid Central.
