This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude. We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. We called Fantastic carpet cleaning, got a quote and had them clean all of our rooms, dining area, chairs and living rooms. The whole house was done in about 1.5 hours. Not to mention I had really dirty dining chairs with grease spots and stain! Now these chairs look like brand new! We are so happy that everything is clean, looks brand new, and it fit in our budget!
