Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.

I had a great experience with Speedy Auto Service this past weekend. We were about 3.5 hours from home when we suspected that our car needed a ball joint replaced. We called several places which were not able to fix our problem that same day. We called Speedy and they were able to see us immediately. They checked the car and found that the problem was loose lug nuts. They took off all 4 tires, cleaned the rust behind them and tightened the nuts. The did this for no charge! Thank you so much!!!
