If you havent been, you should definitely visit this restaurant, and then visit it again and again. If you have a gluten allergy, the staff will do their best to suggest and accommodate you with menu items that are fresh and very satisfying. This is the first restaurant I have ever been to that makes gluten free soya sauce available to their diners upon request, and I have been to a lot of Japanese Chinese fusion restaurants. I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time. Even if you are not into sushi, it is worth a trip to Kakemono! My boyfriend LOVES sushi and although I don't mind it, it is not my favourite meal in the world. However, I love Teriyaki and the Teriyaki dishes on Kakemono's all you can eat menu are wonderful. The prices are reasonable when compared to the price you may for most all-you-can-eat places and the food was great. We will be going back in the near future! Lire plus

Went for my sons birthday, there was 7 of us - luckily they were able to seat us pretty fast (15 minutes) considering we had no reservation on a saturday night. Got the big momma, SO GOOD! food came surprisingly fast, my husband and I ordered the all you can eat ribs, our waitress refilled our ribs before we were even finished so they came out at the same time as we finished, all of our meals were delicious and then they 'birthday train' came and my son LOVED IT, the horns, the song, everything! My husband & I celebrated the last day of the year 2012 at Chef Tommy's. It was our first timethere and we wanted to try something we have never ordered. So we ordered the lamb rack and we were not disappointed! The lamb was so so tender and the presentation was just delightful. The atmosphere was very cozy and the staff quite friendly and helpful. My husband had a beer and I a glass of red wine and we pared this with spankonatee (not sure of the spelling but it was flambee cheese). yummy We will go back again that's for sure. Lire plus

Went for a friends party, service was a little slow but it's to be expected when you're with a large group and the place is busy. The music was good, and not too loud so that you can't have a conversation, which I like while I'm out for dinner with friends. I had the Baja Quesadilla(3 friends did as well), the wife got a poutine. It was so good I went back for another one a week later. Good to see a traditional type place with a not so traditional menu. They have everything you'd expect them to (burgers, wings etc..) but they had some great choices that really made me appreciate the variety in their menu. I'm definitely going back again. It's going to be hard not to try that Baja Quesadilla though, it was a big hit with everyone that ordered it. Lire plus
