Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

I recently accepted a job in Yellowknife and would be making the long drive there from Toronto. On the first day of my journey I stopped to get gas and noticed that my vehicle was leaking, even after have a bunch of work done on my car by a mechanic just a few days earlier. I phoned every mechanic shop I could find in Toronto on a holiday Monday and didn't get a hold of anyone, except for Vince. He phoned me back and prioritized me first thing Tuesday morning. I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

Exceptional work, service and an overall understanding of my situation. Chrysler CANADA left me stranded after my engine blew up 20 days after my 5 year extended warranty expired. I went here on a referral from a friend, and my experience was 5 star. There was a hole in my exhaust, and being honest with me he didn't try to rip me by replacing entire sections and pipes. He welded an a section to cover the hole while I waited, and charged me very little . I have since then referred him to friends who were also happy with repairs here .
