Absolute pleasure to work with. Pleased that we made the choice to visit Michelsen Jewellers. I arrived with my elderly mother who needed to have two small bracelets repaired/adjusted as well as a catch on a necklace and Bob had all ready within one day for her to again treasure and enjoy. And even more of a surprise -- my mother left a small amount of old gold chains with no intention of repayment that he then said offset the cost of all work and charged nothing!
