I received data recovery services & purchased a used computer on Jan 3. The next day I began experiencing many setup, configuration & software problems. The subcontractor could not/would not fix the issues. I also discovered the used computer and its various components were 5-7 years older than I had been told. I repeatedly requested a refund, communicating via text, email & online chat, but my last 4 communications were ignored. Obviously Tech!Espresso has no plans to honour the 60-day warranty
